• Title: Marketing Manager
• Estimated Monthly Hours Required: 20
• Current Pay Level: $240 per month

Description: The role of the marketing manager is to build a monthly marketing strategy as a means of raising the profile of the network and increasing affiliate/advertiser activity. This strategy will then be carried out by Webtistic (and/or any other elected staff necessary).

The strategy will be published as a report and submitted to Webtistic in the first week of each new month, and should be as detailed as possible, including costings of each marketing activity. The report should also be added to the forum under ‘Staff Reports’ for other affiliates to view and comment on.

• Title: Advertising Executive (1)
• Estimated Monthly Hours Required: 40-160 (Flexible)
• Current Pay Level: $40 per new advertiser (Commission-only Basis)

Description: The role of the new business manager is to recruit new advertisers/merchants to the network.

This position will involve approaching potential merchants and advising them of the networks merchant/advertiser services and then forwarding any details of interested parties to Webtistic for adding to the network.

Each commission is earned per new merchant/advertiser actually added to the network.

This position is offered on a flexible basis in that the successful applicant is able to work the number of hours that suits them.

• Title: Campaign Performance Reporter
• Estimated Monthly Hours Required: 15
• Current Pay Level: $180 Per Month

Description: The role of the Campaign Performance Reporter is to report and advise other affiliates within the community on the ongoing performance of the networks active campaigns.

The position will involve analysing weekly campaign statistics (received once per week via email) and making a weekly forum report (under Campaign Reports forum), along with ongoing analysis and the answering of campaign-related affiliate questions on the Campaign Reports forum.
